This is an opportunity for an experienced Lead Superintendent to take full ownership of ground-up commercial construction projects across North Carolina and South Carolina. You'll lead projects from sitework through closeout, working independently while delivering high-quality hospitality and commercial developments for a well-established and growing contractor.
  • $150K + 20% project completion bonus + family health coverage

Job Description

  • Lead construction projects from preconstruction handoff through final completion
  • Manage all field operations, subcontractors, site logistics, and project schedules
  • Coordinate sitework, safety, quality control, and day-to-day construction activities
  • Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders, owners, and project teams
  • Drive schedule performance and ensure projects are delivered successfully
  • Oversee multi-story ground-up commercial construction projects valued between $10M-$20M+
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, safety requirements, and project objectives

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent
  • Proven ability to independently run projects from start to finish
  • Experience leading ground-up, multi-story commercial construction projects
  • Strong background in sitework and field operations
  • Experience delivering projects in the $10M-$20M+ range
  • Demonstrated stability and strong tenure with previous employers
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout North Carolina and South Carolina
