Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
  • Ensure projects adhere to safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring targets are met.
  • Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and address any issues.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
  • Background in K-12, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or healthcare construction
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management
  • Proven ability to lead teams and build client relationships
  • Degree in Construction Management preferred or equivalent field experience
