They are currently seeking a Lead Superintendent to take full ownership of a large‑scale mixed‑use project in Northern Virginia.Job DescriptionThe Lead Superintendent - Large-Scale Mixed-Use Projects - NoVA will be responsible for:Leading all day‑to‑day on‑site construction operations for a large‑scale mixed‑use project, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and within budgetManaging and overseeing Assistant Superintendents, field engineers, and superintendents while providing mentorship and direction to the field teamCoordinating all subcontractors, vendors, and trades to maintain efficient sequencing, productivity, and site logisticsEnforcing compliance with project plans, specifications, building codes, and company safety standardsRunning daily site meetings and safety briefings while maintaining a clean, organized, and secure job siteWorking closely with the Project Manager, ownership, architects, and engineers to proactively resolve field issuesDeveloping and maintaining look‑ahead schedules and ensuring all phasing milestones are achievedOverseeing quality control efforts, inspections, punch lists, and final turnoverManaging material deliveries, site access, cranes, hoisting, and logistics plans for a complex urban buildServing as the primary on‑site point of contact for clients and project stakeholdersMaintaining accurate site documentation including daily reports, progress photos, and inspection recordsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
