Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain smooth project workflows.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
  • Review project plans and blueprints to ensure alignment with specifications.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the construction team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Track project progress and prepare regular updates for stakeholders.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays and maintain quality standards.
  • Travel between project sites in Mississippi and Alabama as required.
