Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
  • Develop and maintain project schedules while driving milestones and deadlines
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications
  • Conduct site meetings and coordinate closely with project management and ownership teams
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to ensure successful project execution
  • Maintain daily project documentation and reporting through Procore
  • Promote a culture of quality, safety, and accountability across the jobsite

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction
  • Proven experience leading ground-up multifamily or affordable housing projects
  • Experience managing projects in the $30M-$50M range preferred
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site operations
  • OSHA 30 certification required
  • Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam
  • CSL license preferred
  • Ability to commute throughout the Greater Boston area
