They take pride in problem solving and proactive management of their work and they are looking for team members that share the same type of forward-thinking mentality. With a large (and growing) amount of projects starting across the Carolinas, this client is looking for a strong Lead Superintendent to help them with their Carolinas work.Job DescriptionManage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines.Enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.Monitor and maintain quality control throughout all phases of construction.Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and project managers.Resolve any on-site issues or delays efficiently and effectively.Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.Oversee and mentor on-site staff to foster a productive work environment.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
