  • Our client is a well respected and established National Developer & Contractor with a big multifamily project breaking ground in Phoenix and are looking for an experienced Lead Superintendent to run the project. They have several high profile multifamily projects coming up and are looking for someone they can count on. This company has an incredible reputation and a strong growth opportunity.

Job Description

  • Managing ground up multifamily projects from foundation to key turnover
  • Successfully lead construction projects valued over $100M+
  • Delivering on time and within budge projects for mutlifamily clients across Phoenix
  • Act as the on‑site leader and primary liaison for clients, design teams, inspectors, and subcontractors while upholding quality standards
  • Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, and equipment, while managing RFIs, field directives, and change impacts using modern construction technology
  • Work directly with company leadership to bring new ideas to the table

The Successful Applicant

  • 7-10+ years of ground up construction experience required.
  • Multi-family project experience (podium wrap and garden style) required.
  • Must have been Lead Superintendent on MF projects before.
  • Scheduling experience is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities.
  • Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work.
  • Ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects from preconstruction stage to completion.
  • Experience working on projects ground up & valued over $100M (minimum requirement).
  • Experience managing budget, schedule, logistics, etc.
  • Familiarity with Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Suites.
  • Candidate must be local to Phoenix.
