With a long-term project pipeline and a commitment to promoting top performers, they offer the resources of a large builder with the culture and agility of a privately held organization.Job DescriptionThis multi-year program includes:A $400M+ landmark high-rise residential development featuring a 17-story tower, additional residential tower, parking structure, and approximately 750 residential unitsAn $800M military housing development consisting of multiple eight-story residential buildings, nearly 2,000 units, extensive sitework, and structured parkingA $175M military housing renovation portfolio spanning multiple active installations throughout the Tidewater regionSimultaneous project execution creating tremendous opportunities for advancement and leadership growthLong-term career stability through a funded, multi-phase construction programKey Responsibilities:Lead field operations for large-scale multifamily, military housing, high-rise, or renovation projectsDevelop, maintain, and execute project schedules while driving production goalsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, site logistics, and field personnelManage and mentor Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and field staff teamsEnsure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within quality standardsLead problem-solving efforts and make critical field decisions independentlyCoordinate multiple phases, buildings, or renovation efforts concurrentlyMaintain strong communication with project leadership, owners, and trade partnersDrive accountability and performance throughout the construction processMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
