Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Projects - Alexandria, VA

• Lead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to closeout
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and daily field operations
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and city officials
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports and progress tracking
• Resolve field issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns
• Conduct regular site meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Mentor and supervise assistant superintendents and field staff
