Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities for multifamily and mixed-use developments.
  • Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
  • Coordinate daily site operations while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage project milestones, workforce planning, and construction sequencing.
  • Conduct site inspections and proactively resolve construction challenges.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to monitor budgets, schedules, and project performance.
  • Maintain strong communication with owners, consultants, and key project stakeholders.
  • Ensure successful project delivery from site mobilization through final turnover.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Lead Superintendent should have:

  • 10+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction.
  • Proven experience leading multiple wood-frame multifamily projects valued at $30M+ as the Lead Superintendent.
  • Strong knowledge of field operations, scheduling, safety, and subcontractor management.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
