Lead Superintendent- Multifamily

• Oversee daily on-site operations for multifamily construction projects.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain project schedules and address any delays effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align on goals.
• Provide leadership to on-site teams, fostering a productive work environment.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to project stakeholders.
