Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project closeout
  • Manage project schedules, subcontractors, site logistics, safety, and quality control
  • Take full ownership of projects or project phases valued around $20M
  • Coordinate daily activities with project management and client teams
  • Drive schedule performance and maintain budget awareness throughout construction
  • Conduct subcontractor meetings and ensure project milestones are achieved
  • Maintain project documentation utilizing construction management software
  • Enforce company safety standards and promote a positive jobsite culture
  • Serve as the primary on-site leader and decision-maker for assigned projects

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

  • Experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently to various project sites.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

What's on Offer

  • Base salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000.
