The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all field operations on construction projects from start to finish. This individual will serve as the on-site leader, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Description

  • Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to maintain project flow.
  • Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations on all job sites.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during construction to keep projects moving forward.
  • Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts.
  • Ensure high-quality standards are met throughout the construction process.
  • Lead and mentor project teams to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
