Lead Superintendent - Nationally-recognized GC - Providence, Ri

The Lead Superintendent will:

• Oversee and manage daily construction site operations to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to maintain efficient workflows.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Monitor project budgets and identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively to minimize delays.
• Provide clear communication and updates to stakeholders regarding project progress.
• Mentor and manage on-site staff to promote a culture of excellence and teamwork.
