Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure work aligns with specifications and requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers and architects to refine project plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Superintendent should have:

  • 10+ years of Lead Superintendent experience on commercial projects
  • Proven ability to run projects independently with minimal oversight
  • Experience delivering multi-storey, ground-up buildings valued at $10M-$20M+
  • Sitework experience and strong knowledge of field operations
  • Hotel/hospitality project experience preferred

$125,000-$145,000 base salary + up to 20% project completion bonus
