Their portfolio spans commercial, retail, academic, and corporate projects, with 50-60% of their work consisting of ground-up construction.

Job Description

  • Serve as the Lead Superintendent overseeing all onsite construction activities.
  • Manage site logistics, safety, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Lead field teams and ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
  • Work closely with the Project Executive and project team throughout the lifecycle of the build.
  • Maintain clear communication with ownership, inspectors, and trade partners.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on ground-up projects.
  • Broad project exposure preferred; candidates should not be siloed in one sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Bluebeam.
  • Must be based in or commutable to Hamilton, MA.
