Seeking an experienced Superintendent to support and lead complex construction projects across the Raleigh market. This role will serve as the second-in-command on site, with the capability to step into the lead position as needed.

Job Description

  • 5+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent or equivalent
  • Background delivering CMaR and Design-Build projects
  • Experience with K-12, Higher Education, Municipal, or Commercial construction
  • Strong leadership, scheduling, and site coordination skills
  • Able to work full-time on project sites throughout the Raleigh market

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Superintendent should have:

  • Proven experience managing education and civic construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate tasks effectively.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges and maintain project momentum.
