Job Description

  • Take full ownership of field operations from groundbreaking through project completion
  • Lead project schedules, manpower planning, quality control, and site safety
  • Build strong relationships with owners, architects, project managers, and trade partners
  • Drive project performance by managing subcontractors, budgets, and productivity goals
  • Mentor field staff and help develop future leaders within the organization

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Proven experience leading commercial construction projects as a Superintendent
  • Background delivering K-12, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, or warehouse projects
  • Strong scheduling, planning, and subcontractor management skills
  • Natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Construction Management degree preferred or equivalent field experience
