Lead Superintendent - South Hill, VA

• Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the construction site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly project reports to stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor on-site construction teams, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
• Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
• Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
