Lead Superintendent - Top 400 ENR Firm - Quincy, MA

• Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve technical challenges.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and company policies.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment on the construction site.
