Job Description

  • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for large-scale multifamily and mixed-use developments
  • Direct field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, short-term look-ahead plans, and site logistics plans
  • Enforce company safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance across all work activities
  • Coordinate with project management teams, consultants, ownership groups, and local authorities
  • Conduct subcontractor meetings and drive accountability to project milestones
  • Monitor project quality and ensure all work meets contract documents and company standards
  • Oversee project closeout activities, punch list completion, and turnover to ownership

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Superintendent should have:

  • 10+ years of Superintendent experience with a track record as a Lead Superintendent
  • Extensive experience managing wood-frame multifamily construction projects valued at $30M+
  • Proven ability to successfully deliver large-scale residential developments from ground-up through completion
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing field personnel and multiple trade partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) required
  • OSHA 30 certification required
  • Excellent communication, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities
