Lead Superintendent

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain efficient workflows.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays proactively.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports and schedules.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams to foster a productive work environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve construction processes and implement best practices.
