Job Description

The Lead/Senior Superintendent - Large Ground Up Projects will:

  • Lead and manage on-site construction activites to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain strict adherence to saftey protocls and regulations on the job site.
  • Inspect work progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Resolve construction-related challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Oversee the preparation and maintenance of project documentation and reports.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Manage resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead/Senior Superintendent - Large Ground Up Projects should have:
