Lead/Senior Superintendent - Mixed Commercial

• Manage all onsite construction activities from project startup through closeout.
• Build, maintain, and update the master project schedule.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and self-perform crews.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
• Conduct weekly coordination meetings and daily planning activities.
• Identify and resolve jobsite challenges before they impact project performance.
• Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and progress updates.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, punch lists, commissioning activities, and project turnover.
• Mentor Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and field personnel.
