Job Description

  • Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate Kaizen events and value stream mapping exercises
  • Analyze production data and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Implement waste reduction and cost savings projects
  • Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics
  • Train employees on Lean tools and methodologies
  • Support 5S, standard work, and visual management programs
  • Partner with operations and engineering teams to drive improvements
  • Present project results and business impact to leadership

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lean Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Manufacturing Engineering experience
  • Experience leading improvement projects in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
  • Six Sigma certification preferred
