Job Description



Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage all day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects
  • Lead subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to achieve project goals
  • Drive project schedules and coordinate critical path activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct site meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
  • Coordinate inspections, quality control activities, and project closeout processes
  • Monitor productivity, manpower planning, and material deliveries
  • Identify and proactively resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget
  • Partner with project managers, owners, architects, and consultants throughout project execution
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship, professionalism, and client satisfaction
  • Promote a positive jobsite culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and safety

The Successful Applicant



Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or Lead Superintendent for a commercial general contractor
  • Proven experience managing commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, or data center construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, safety, and quality control
  • Ability to lead multiple subcontractors and coordinate complex project activities
  • Experience reading and interpreting construction documents and specifications
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects safely and on schedule
  • Proficiency with construction management software and technology platforms
  • OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety
