Job Description

  • Assist the Superintendent in managing daily jobsite operations.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and site logistics.
  • Help maintain project schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
  • Support jobsite safety initiatives and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct quality inspections and assist with punch list completion.
  • Track project documentation, field reports, and daily logs.
  • Participate in project meetings and communicate with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Help identify and resolve jobsite issues before they impact the project schedule.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of commercial, industrial, or construction field experience.
  • Experience on industrial, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or commercial projects preferred.
  • Desire to develop into a Superintendent role.
  • Ability to travel throughout the Southeast.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Understanding of construction drawings, scheduling, and field coordination.
  • Commitment to safety and quality.
