Job Description

  • Oversee all onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project schedules.
  • Lead daily site operations while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Conduct site meetings and communicate project progress with stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve field challenges proactively.
  • Ensure projects are completed according to drawings, specifications, and client expectations.
  • Manage inspections, punch lists, and project turnover activities.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and accountable jobsite culture.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction.
  • Proven experience delivering light industrial projects such as:
    • Manufacturing facilities
    • Distribution centers
    • Warehouses
    • Industrial expansions
    • Processing or production facilities
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the Southeast region.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Commitment to safety and quality execution.
  • Experience working directly with owners, subcontractors, and project teams.
