Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities for Class A office interior projects ($3M+)
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure schedule and quality standards are met
  • Oversee site logistics within occupied buildings and active office environments
  • Maintain detailed project schedules and coordinate trade sequencing
  • Enforce strict safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance
  • Conduct regular site walks to ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to plans
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, architects, and clients
  • Manage punch list completion and oversee project closeout
  • Identify and resolve issues quickly in fast-track, deadline-driven environments

The Successful Applicant

  • Atleast 2 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Proven experience delivering Class A office interior projects valued at $3M+
  • Strong understanding of high-end finishes, millwork, and interior build-outs
  • Experience working in occupied, fast-paced tenant improvement environments
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor management skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and attention to detail
