Job Description

  • Lead all field operations for commercial interior and Class A office construction projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, building management teams, and project stakeholders
  • Develop and manage short-term schedules and daily work plans
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards
  • Oversee demolition, framing, drywall, ceilings, flooring, millwork, MEP systems, and final finishes
  • Conduct daily site walks and subcontractor coordination meetings
  • Enforce safety policies and maintain OSHA compliance
  • Coordinate inspections, building requirements, and occupancy-related restrictions
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure accurate field execution
  • Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project schedules or budgets
  • Maintain daily reports, progress updates, and site documentation
  • Partner closely with Project Managers to achieve project milestones and client expectations
  • Manage punch list completion and project closeout activities

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
  • Proven experience leading Class A office interiors, corporate office, tenant improvement, or workplace renovation projects
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and fast-track project schedules
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
