Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to achieve project milestones.
  • Maintain project schedules and proactively address field challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and oversee project closeout activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and consultants.
  • Drive project performance while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent delivering commercial construction projects.
  • Strong background in Class A office, healthcare, corporate interiors, or similar commercial sectors.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple subcontractor trades.
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, quality control, and safety management.
  • Experience utilizing construction management software and project reporting tools.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
