Local Superintendent - NWA

The Superintendent will report into Division Leadership and play a critical role in the successful delivery of construction projects. Unlike many organizations, this Superintendent position operates as an equal partner to the Project Manager, with significant ownership of project execution, scheduling, and field leadership.

• Lead all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion
• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure project success
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity across all phases of construction
• Manage project logistics, sequencing, and daily site operations
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Lead project teams on large-scale commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and retail developments
