This role is responsible for leading all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Job DescriptionLead all field operations for ground-up industrial, warehouse, and distribution center projectsManage day-to-day construction activities from sitework through project completionCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trade partnersMaintain project schedules and ensure milestone commitments are achievedEnforce safety standards and promote a proactive safety culture on-siteConduct daily inspections and quality control reviewsCollaborate with Project Managers to monitor budgets, schedules, and project performanceCoordinate material deliveries, equipment, manpower, and site logisticsFacilitate subcontractor meetings and owner walkthroughsIdentify and resolve field issues to minimize delays and maintain productivityManage punch-list completion, closeout activities, and final turnoverEnsure all work is completed in compliance with contract documents and applicable regulationsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
