Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day field operations for luxury custom home projects
  • Manage all phases of ground-up construction and high-end residential renovations
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and inspections
  • Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements
  • Communicate directly with ownership, architects, designers, and homeowners
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest level of craftsmanship
  • Oversee punch list completion and project closeout activities

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience managing luxury custom home construction projects
  • Proven experience on custom residences exceeding 10,000 SF
  • Background overseeing both ground-up construction and major renovations
  • Strong understanding of high-end finishes, detailing, and quality control
  • Stable work history with strong tenure
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Local Broward County candidate strongly preferred
