Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day site operations for luxury custom home projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and deliveries
  • Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and client expectations
  • Oversee ground-up construction and major residential renovations
  • Drive project milestones while maintaining detailed site documentation

The Successful Applicant

A successful Luxury Custom Home Superintendent should have:

  • Proven Superintendent experience in luxury custom home construction
  • Background delivering homes of 10,000+ SF in size
  • Experience with both new construction and remodeling projects
  • Stable employment history with strong tenure in previous roles
  • Able to work on-site in Broward County for the long term
