Job Description

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Oversee daily field operations for luxury custom home projects from start to completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and construction schedules
  • Maintain quality control standards across all phases of construction
  • Manage homeowner, architect, and consultant interactions throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest level of craftsmanship

The Successful Applicant

A successful Luxury Custom Home Superintendent should have:

  • Superintendent experience delivering custom luxury homes of 10,000+ SF
  • Background in both ground-up construction and major residential renovations
  • Strong understanding of high-end finishes and custom residential construction techniques
  • Proven track record of long-term tenure with previous employers
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
