Our client, a well-established luxury residential builder in South Florida, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee ultra-high-end custom home projects. This is a long-term opportunity with a company known for delivering some of the region's most prestigious waterfront estates and luxury residences.

Job Description

  • Manage luxury custom home projects from groundbreaking through completion
  • Oversee daily field operations, subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, designers, and project teams
  • Lead both ground-up construction and extensive renovation projects
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and project execution throughout construction

The Successful Applicant

  • Superintendent experience on luxury custom residential projects
  • Experience managing homes of 10,000+ square feet
  • Background in both ground-up construction and major residential remodels
  • Demonstrated career stability and strong tenure with previous employers

Salary: Up to $150,000 base (flexibility for exceptional candidates)
