This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and price high-end residential projects from inception to completion while delivering unparalleled quality and client satisfaction.

Job Description

    • Manage custom home construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
    • Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project execution.
    • Coordinate permitting, inspections, and compliance with local building requirements.
    • Collaborate with homeowners, architects, designers, engineers, and trade partners.
    • Proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
    • Manage change orders, reporting, and project documentation.
    • Ensure exceptional quality and craftsmanship throughout all phases of construction.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience overseeing luxury custom home construction projects.
  • Demonstrated success managing full-cycle ground-up residential construction projects valued at $1M+.
  • Strong understanding of Miami-Dade County permitting processes, building codes, inspections, and local construction practices.
  • Established network of high-quality local subcontractors and suppliers preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, engineering drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
  • Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.
