Job Description

* Oversee daily on-site operations for luxury custom home projects from start to completion
* Manage ground-up construction and major residential renovation projects
* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and quality control activities
* Ensure projects meet design specifications, budget targets, and timeline commitments

The Successful Applicant

* Proven experience as a Superintendent on luxury custom homes of 10,000+ SF
* Strong background in both ground-up construction and high-end remodels
* Extensive knowledge of custom residential construction practices and sequencing
* Stable career history with strong tenure in previous positions
* Ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional quality on complex residential projects

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000+ (flexible for exceptional experience)
