Known for its hands-on leadership, strong subcontractor relationships, and technology-driven operations, the company has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship and exceptional project execution.

Job Description

* Manage daily on-site construction activities for luxury residential projects

* Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project schedules

* Maintain jobsite safety, quality control, and project documentation

* Utilize Procore to track project progress, RFIs, punch lists, and reporting

* Partner with project teams, clients, architects, and consultants throughout construction

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years of construction experience in a Superintendent role

* Experience with luxury residential, custom homes, or high-end interiors

* Proven background in ground-up construction projects

* Proficient with Procore and construction management technology

* Strong communication, organization, and field leadership skills
