Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, and operational teams.
  • Develop KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Improve throughput, reduce lead times, and optimise workflow.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and operational performance.
  • Partner with engineering and customer-facing teams to improve efficiency.
  • Coach and develop managers while building a high-performing culture.
  • Ensure safe, effective, and compliant operations.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of operations leadership experience within manufacturing.
  • Strong background in process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managers.
  • Financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
