Job Description

  • Manage and maintain MacOS devices across the company, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Develop and implement processes for device provisioning, configuration, and updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compatibility with company systems and applications.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MacOS-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and company policies for all MacOS devices.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, resolving any issues proactively.
  • Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
  • Stay updated with the latest MacOS updates and features to enhance device management strategies.

The Successful Applicant

Must Haves:

  • Deep macOS expertise, including endpoint administration, engineering, security, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience deploying and managing macOS devices using Apple Business Manager and MDM platforms such as Jamf Pro, Workspace ONE, or Microsoft Intune.
  • Hands-on experience with macOS packaging and deployment tools, including AutoPkg and Munki.
  • Proficiency with Bash or Python scripting, plus familiarity with enterprise networking technologies (802.1X, Wi-Fi, IPv4).
  • Strong end-user support, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and resolve technical issues in fast-paced environments.
