About Our Client

This role is a boots-on-the-ground leadership position responsible for driving field execution across complex commercial construction projects.

You'll lead teams, own schedules, and ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Job Description

This role leads field operations on assigned projects, ensuring execution aligns with schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

  • Take full responsibility for job site leadership and daily operations
  • Develop, manage, and drive project schedules and critical milestones
  • Enforce quality control and safety standards across all trades
  • Lead and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and vendors
  • Run site meetings, track progress, and proactively solve field issues
  • Oversee site logistics, sequencing, and resource planning!
  • Serve as the primary field point of contact for project stakeholders 📢
  • Partner with Project Managers to ensure overall project success
  • Mentor Assistant Superintendents and junior field staff 👥

The Successful Applicant

  • solid background (5-10 years) in commercial construction, with exposure to healthcare, life science, or advanced manufacturing preferred:
    • including at least 2+ years as the Lead Super on relevant projects
    • Deep understanding of construction processes and field coordination🛠️
  • Strong leadership presence:
    • Ability to manage teams + subcontractors effectively🤝
    • Proven ability to manage schedules, sequencing, and job site execution
