Maintenance Manager - Manufacturing - Fall River, MA

• Lead and develop maintenance personnel across three shifts, establishing clear responsibilities and accountability.
• Oversee equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities to maximize uptime and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
• Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment and facility assets.
• Utilize CMMS systems to track maintenance activities, work orders, equipment history, and performance metrics.
• Implement and maintain Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and ensure adherence to all safety requirements.
• Develop maintenance skill matrices and training programs to strengthen team capabilities.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure critical replacement components are available.
• Partner with operations teams to improve equipment performance, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Establish relationships with external service providers and contractors to support maintenance requirements.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions related to equipment failures, safety incidents, and product quality issues.
• Analyze equipment performance data and recommend improvements, upgrades, or replacement strategies.
• Maintain maintenance records, documentation, and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, safety, and cost reduction.
