Job Description

The Manager of Property Services & Small Projects will:

  • Lead and direct the property services and small projects division.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to high-end residential clients.
  • Manage annual property service contracts and associated projects.
  • Develop operating plans and drive division performance.
  • Recruit, mentor, and supervise property management and field teams.
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations for service personnel.
  • Collaborate across construction, operations, and client service teams.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager of Property Services & Small Projects should have:

  • 10+ years of residential construction, maintenance, or property services experience.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and building operations.
  • Hands-on construction experience with project management resonsibilities.
  • Experience in residential or commercial construction environments.
  • Knowledge of remodeling, millwork, and residential construction methods.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
