We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations and drive process improvements within a precision aerospace manufacturing environment. This role will focus on improving efficiency, reducing costs, supporting new product launches, and ensuring robust manufacturing processes are in place to support customer demand.

Job Description

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows
  • Support new product introduction and process validation activities
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Create and maintain work instructions and process documentation
  • Support tooling, fixture, and equipment improvements
  • Analyze production data to improve quality, efficiency, and throughput
  • Collaborate with quality, operations, and engineering teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
  • 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
  • Experience in aerospace, machining, metal fabrication, or precision manufacturing
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Experience reading engineering drawings and GD&T



Preferred

  • AS9100 experience
  • CNC machining background
  • CAD/CAM experience
  • Continuous Improvement or Six Sigma training
