Employees benefit from a stable environment with long-term career development opportunities.Job DescriptionDevelop, improve, and support manufacturing processes for precision-machined components.Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for complex machining applications.Support production teams with process troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.Collaborate with customers to understand manufacturing requirements and provide engineering support.Convert engineering designs and specifications into efficient, repeatable manufacturing processes.Drive improvements in quality, productivity, cost, and delivery performance.Support process validation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Partner with machining, quality, and leadership teams to achieve operational objectives.Provide technical guidance on machining strategies, tooling selection, and process optimization.Ensure compliance with applicable industry and customer standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
