This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong reputation for delivering high-precision manufactured solutions.Job DescriptionDevelop and optimise CNC machining programmes using CAM softwareCreate and modify 3D models, tooling concepts, and fixture designsVerify machining programmes through simulation and validation toolsLead quotation activities, including RFQ review, costing, and proposal preparationAnalyse manufacturing costs and support competitive pricing strategiesTrack quotation outcomes and identify trends to improve win ratesDrive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiativesConduct workflow studies, process analysis, and efficiency improvement projectsSupport production teams with technical troubleshooting and manufacturing solutionsPromote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with workplace standardsCollaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver customer requirementsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
