Job Description

As a Manufacturing Engineer specialising in machining, you will support and enhance machine shop operations by programming CNC equipment, identifying process improvements, and driving efficiency initiatives.

You will work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure high-quality output and optimal performance across manufacturing processes.

  • Program and optimize CNC machines (e.g. Mastercam environment).
  • Analyze machining processes and implement operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with shop-floor teams to innovate and enhance productivity.
