Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineer II will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:

  • Develop, improve, and maintain manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Support new product introductions and manufacturing readiness activities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance quality, productivity, and safety.
  • Analyze manufacturing data to drive efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
  • Lead root cause investigations and corrective action initiatives.
  • Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.
  • Support capital equipment projects, validation activities, and process documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
  • 4+ years of manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering experience within a production environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and desire to work in a hands-on manufacturing setting.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing documentation, process validation, and quality systems.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience supporting machining, assembly, automation, or industrial manufacturing operations
